At Eski Kuşhane we serve traditional Turkish cooking and the regional dishes of Safranbolu, made with fresh, local produce: homemade jams, pide baked in a stone oven, dishes built around the vegetables of the season.
Guests staying at the konak have their breakfast here too, in front of the dining room's big windows.
